    • help you to register on the Priority Services Register(s), so you get assistance if there's a power cut or you do not have a water supply

    • make sure you do everything you can to protect yourself and your whole family from common accidents in the home
    • let you know about equipment that makes moving around the home easier and safer for all ages
    • help you to identify free support and services to help you to achieve a healthy home environment

    • check if you are entitled to any financial help (for example money to help you repair or maintain your home, grants available for heating and accessing charitable funds)
    • let you know about other services and support to help your wellbeing and quality of life
