A multi agency hub in Blackburn with Darwen for the whole community with information on activities and support available borough wide.

We will help you explore your options and help you to get in touch with services that will support your health and wellbeing. 

Each month between twenty to thirty organisations join us to promote different ways to live healthy and independent lives. However you are feeling, if there's something you're not happy about, and want to change it, but don't know where to start come to the Care Network Hub to find out about the support available to you locally.

How can Care Network Hub help?

A health condition, disability, money worries, finding work or volunteering, loneliness, managing your home or the needs of someone you care for may be worrying you. Our informed and passionate team and partners are on hand every month, keen to offer help, advice and support.

The Care Network Hub helpdesk staff can also help you find out about the best people and organisations for you to speak to or support you including accessing any Care Network services.
