We offer all people living in Blackburn with Darwen a free and confidential service to assist with issues that may be affecting your wellbeing or quality of life. We do this because we believe that everyone has the right to live a healthy, happy and fulfilled life.

We want to make sure that you make best use out of support available, so that no matter what life throws at you, you know what options you have and you can access the right help to support you through.

If you're a partner, relative or carer and provide unpaid support to family or friends who could not manage without that support you are considered a Carer and support is available for you. Read more
