How will I know how much the job costs?

You will be provided with a free, written, no obligation quote by the provider so you know how much the job is going to cost before you decide to go ahead with the work.  This is something all our providers sign up to in the code of conduct when they sign up to the Safe Trader Scheme.

If you are a charity, does this mean I will get the job done for free?

No, all work carried out must be paid for. We continually check the traders prices. You can expect to pay the going rate for the job and you will not be overcharged for the work.

Do I have to go with the provider you send to me?

What happens if I am not satisfied with the work carried out?

We hope this is not the case, but we appreciate that from time to time things do go wrong. If you are not completely happy with the work carried out by one of our providers, you can contact us and will raise your concerns with the provider who will contact you to resolve the issue. I was scared about ringing, but you have been so kind and understanding, I am really glad I did. You have a lovely telephone manner - a lot of people are short with me because I sometimes need a little more time.
