Memberships and associations

Dementia Action Alliance

We are part of Blackburn with Darwen's alliance for organisations across England to connect, share best practice and take action on dementia. As part of the alliance Care Network has developed a directory of some key services to support people living with and carers of people living with dementia. 

The Families, Health and Wellbeing Consortium

We work in partnership with the consortium and its members to deliver two major areas of our work - our Safe Trader Scheme and Care Network Hub. The consortium operates throughout Lancashire and across the North West region.

Foundations

Foundations is a national network of nearly 200 home improvement agencies (HIAs) and handyperson providers across England. Funded by the Department of Communities and Local Government, Foundations support HIA’s to develop their services so that people are able to stay safe, secure and warm and retain independence in their own homes.

National Energy Action 

Care Network is a member of National Energy Action (NEA), this membership ensures that we are always up to date with current energy efficiency issues so we can pass this expertise on to our customers. NEA are a national charity who work hard to ensure that everyone can afford to live in a warm, dry home. NEA undertake a range of activities to address the causes and treat the symptoms of fuel poverty.
