Dementia Action Alliance

We are part of Blackburn with Darwen's alliance for organisations across England to connect, share best practice and take action on dementia. As part of the alliance Care Network has developed a directory of some key services to support people living with and carers of people living with dementia.

The Families, Health and Wellbeing Consortium

We work in partnership with the consortium and its members to deliver two major areas of our work - our Safe Trader Scheme and Care Network Hub. The consortium operates throughout Lancashire and across the North West region.

Foundations is a national network of nearly 200 home improvement agencies (HIAs) and handyperson providers across England. Funded by the Department of Communities and Local Government, Foundations support HIA’s to develop their services so that people are able to stay safe, secure and warm and retain independence in their own homes.
