We believe that no one should have to tolerate any type of anti-social behaviour. We work in partnership with the Police, the Local Authority, Neighbourhood Teams and more local agencies. We want to hear about anti-social behaviour, as the more that is known about a problem the more that can be done to address it.

Anti-Social Behaviour is a high priority for agencies across Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council. Partners across the borough focus on three primary themes protecting the vulnerable, tackling perpetrators of anti-social behaviour, hate crime prevention.

Anti social behaviour can include verbal abuse, vandalism and intimidation, but can cover any behaviour which is "likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress”.

If you feel like you are victim or witness to anti-social behaviour get in touch with your local police station, if you feel like you don't want to go straight to the police, please speak to your local neighbourhood team or contact us. We can support you to report it to the relevant agencies and help you to get other help and support too.
