🏟️ Blackburn Rovers

• 👋 Victoria welcomed everyone and introduced Christina Haines and Rohan Haworth from Blackburn Rovers.
• 🎟️ Christina explained tickets must be bought online she showed us the Blackburn Rovers Website.
• 📱 If people struggle with the website or don’t have a smartphone, staff at the Blackburn Rovers Store can help with tickets.
• 💻 Rohan showed us how to set up an account and buy tickets online.
• 🚗 Christina and Rohan explained car parks have ANPR cameras. You must pay at the Rovers Store.

 

📰 Newsletter

• 🗣️ Alan showed us the new Hear Us Heroes Newsletter.
• 🧩 It includes:
  Info about the Learning Disability and Autism Team
  Info about the Steering Group
  Info about Learning Disabilities, Autism & Neurodiverse conditions
  Updates on the Big Plan and sub-groups
• 📬 It will come out 3 times a year.
• 📝 Copies:
  Paper version
  Online version
  Available at Hear Us Heroes meetings and Hub Helpdesk
• 📖 Print size will be large (14pt) so easy to read.
• 🔊 Audio version not planned yet, but may happen in future.
• 👍 Group liked the newsletter (some said it was a bit wordy).

 

🎉 Fun Quiz

• We finished with a Blackburn & Darwen quiz.
• 🏆 There were prizes for the winners!
