Changes to services

Care Network has made some changes to it's services in the best interests of you our valued customers, volunteers and staff and their families, these are:

Care Network Hub is closed for face to face appointments and group activity
Home visits have been temporarily put on hold for our Healthy Homes service
We are ensuring our Safe Trader Scheme is adhering to government guidance on social distancing and hygiene.

However we continue to operate from our homes and are contactable by phone or online.

Information and Signposting

We provide an information and signposting service for residents of Blackburn with Darwen to support their independence, health and wellbeing.
Out of hours help

Care Network is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, except Wednesdays when we close at 3.30pm. Here are some helpful numbers to contact outside of these hours.
