Lancashire Mind is supporting people living with any long-term health condition to live the lives they want to live as fully as possible through Wellbeing Coaching.

Wellbeing Coaches offer low-level interventions to help people build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies and improve peoples quality of life through 1:1 sessions running 45 minutes over 6-8 weeks.
