Before joining the team at Care Network, Rose worked for Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council for almost 20 years. Rose thrives when supporting people, and likewise, people thrive when being supported by Rose. We get flooded with compliments about the huge difference she makes to people's lives. Rose's knowledge and experience ensures people can continue to live comfortably in the home they love, maintaining their independence at home and their place in their community.
