Blackburn with Darwen Parents in Partnership (BWDPiP) are holding weekly 'Bring Your Own Brew' zoom meet-ups, offering a chance to take a well-earned break from trying to "home school".

BWDPiP are a group of parent carers who are always keen to welcome more parent carers of children and young adults 0-25 with special educational needs or disabilities from Blackburn with Darwen. They usually hold regular meetings and coffee mornings in different venues across the borough, including one at Care Network Hub, however, due to social distancing they have taken their meetings online.

As the name suggests, 'bring your own brew' and log in to join in, whether you find yourself just talking or listening, or you end up moaning, offloading, laughing and/or crying about the triumphs of tribulations of home life during the Covid-19 pandemic, you'll be made to feel very welcome.

When are the meetings?

The meetings interchange from being on a Tuesday morning one week, and a Wednesday evening the next.
