Over the last few months we've been working on a new website and brand. We hope this helps you to understand the many ways that our charity is working to support you and our community as a whole.

Caring about... growing our organisation to support the community

Behind the scenes Care Network has been growing. Since 2003 we have been delivering the very successful safe trader scheme offering everything from home maintenance and gardening to wellbeing at home. We are very well known for this with a loyal and growing client base and referrals from Social Services and Health Care Professionals.

Alongside this we've been quietly beavering away at other, equally successful projects, and earlier in 2017, we came to a place where we wanted to shout from the rafters about all the good work we are doing, so that more people can benefit from all our services. It was at that point that we developed a new business plan, model and approach and complemented this with the launch of our new website and refreshed brand.

Our vision and mission statement has been updated in light of the changes, growth and local demand for our services. A new logo and refresh brand has been developed. We have also given out multi-agency, one-stop-shop a new name - Care Network Hub.

Caring about... our logo

Care Network logo

Care Network’s new logo visually represents the three key elements of our work; people, home and community.

We are using ‘caring about’ to reinforce the context of 'Care' used in the name and our organisations values; all the work delivered by the organisation and all those who work within our network will harness a caring, respectful, compassionate and fair approach to their work and to life in general.

Care Network’s primary colour palette features four shades of blue. All colours feature in the logo and represent:

  • The calm & peace of mind for it provides for its clients
  • Trust in Care Network’s staff, services and volunteers
  • Care Network’s position as a respected and established partner and service provider
  • Keep consistency with Care Network’s already established brand
Care Network Hub

Care Network has been at the centre Your Support Your Choice's growth and development for the last five years. We have worked hard to create a true multi-agency hub and one stop shop for all. We feel now is the time to change the name.

Community groups, volunteers, peer support groups, charities, statutory services, use the space like their own. Everything which is offered from the centre aims to help residents link up with services that can help them make the most out of life.

We are working with our network of partners to create a one stop shop, supported by our streamlined Help Link Referral process and single point of access for health and social care professionals to simply and easily refer in to the many amazing services offered by agencies across Blackburn with Darwen.

Even though our name has changed residents will still get the same quality and friendly service. If you are interested in using the Care Network Hub to deliver your service - you can read more about booking here
