An ambassador for Blackburn with Darwen's Learning Disability and Autism Community

Throughout 2020 we have all faced challenges and have had to adapt to changes in how we live our lives. We are taking this opportunity to celebrate the outstanding contribution that Rachel Turner has shown in Blackburn with Darwen over the last few years, as well as everything she has done to help others during the Covid-19 pandemic.

In this video the people who know Rachel explain how she has supported the Partnership Board meetings, the local Autism Community, and how she has worked alongside professionals in Health and Social Care to understand the needs of people living with a learning disability and/ or autism. Her commitment, dedication and support makes a huge difference to people's lives. Thank you for all you have done and all you continue to do.
