Week 1: What recovery means to me - personal goals

Week 2: My experience of mental distress - learning from my symptoms

Week 3: Coping Strategies. (Wellness Toolbox) (Daily Maintenance Plan)

Week 4: Early Warning Signs, Relapse Prevention, Crisis Planning - How to create a Wellness Recovery Action Plan.

Week 5: Building Support Networks & Self Advocacy

Week 6: Building a hopeful outlook & Social Inclusion and opportunities in our communities

These sessions will be delivered in a supportive environment by an experienced facilitator. There will be an element of discussion, group work, individual work and paired work. There will be no more the 10 people participating in the workshops.
