The Billy Project supports the health and wellbeing of disadvantaged and vulnerable women living within the Blackburn with Darwen by offering a safe place for women to go to feel better, meet new people, build confidence & live healthier lives.

At our gym based in Mill Hill we deliver specialist women only sessions that will improve fitness, health, resilience and emotional wellbeing through exercise, healthy eating and the building of new friendships.

If you are female and feel isolated, emotionally vulnerable and would like to make new friends, or if you are a professional who works with vulnerable women and would like to set up a group session, come and speak to us at our weekly drop in and find out more about how The Billy Project can work with you.

The Billy Project is supported by The Big Lottery Fund.
