Craft can be good for relaxation and studies have shown that crafting can be a great way to manage mental health and improve wellbeing. Crafty Distractions provides a weekly space to distract ourselves through craft. 

Whether you are exploring a new hobby or already a keen crafter, this weekly session will provide a space to relax, share skills, learn, talk, enjoy some ‘me’ time, build new friendships and reap the wellbeing benefits of distracting ourselves through craft. Textiles, jewellery making, collage and more. 

When: Wednesdays 2.30 - 4pm 

Donations of £1 towards materials.
