Other Services
The Helpdesk constantly monitors all requests for services. When we find that there is a demand for a particular service that we do not currently provide we endeavour to find a provider.
In addition the Helpdesk staff will discuss with customers whether there are any other issues they need help with. They have information about a wide range of other local services that customers can be signposted to.
