Award Winners!!!

Last week we told you that Care Network had been nominated for a “Pat on the Back” award.  We are very pleased to announce that Care Network were successful and actually won the award.  The awards ceremony took place on Monday evening at Ewood Park.  One of our Helpdesk members of staff, Susan Veneziale, was present at the awards ceremony to hear the announcement and receive the award.  The award came under the ‘Improving Access’ category and was for the help provided to our customers during the digital switch over period.
