On the 1st January 2010 James Hadleigh joined Care Network as the New Care Network Manager. Prior to joining Care Network James worked for 2 years as the Development Manager at North West E.Net where he helped to establish a network of charities across the region that provided supported employment and training opportunities for people with disabilities. He then moved onto North West Network as Senior European Manager and then later became Director of Development. James brings with him a wealth of experience of operating at regional level and representing the interests of the Third Sector. He also has experience of developing a range of networks and a good track record of attracting funds from a wide variety of sources.
Outside work, James is the proud owner of an allotment and he likes to grow much of his own fruit and vegetables. He is an avid supporter of Blackburn Rovers and he is also a keen golfer.
Although James has only been with us a short while he has already started to get out and about and to meet some of you. He has met with some of our customers on the Escorted Shopping Service, along with some Service Providers and is planning to meet more of you as time goes by.
